• Fully seated banquet style on the outdoor covered deck - 80

• Standing cocktail style utilising both the deck and gardens - approx 120

• Capacities vary for other set up styles, please discuss with our events manager

• One very large covered deck with fans

• Several break out areas in garden

• Fully equipped commercial kitchen available for your catering use, including brand new double oven, fridges, freezer, gas cooktop, commercial dishwasher

• Large server window for serving food and drinks

• Liquor licence (coming soon!)

• On site parking and larger parking areas within close proximity

CATERING AND EQUIPMENT HIRE

• We have a premium catering partner we recommend to all our clients, please let us know in your booking request form if you would like a quote

• Our on site kitchen is also available if you organise your own catering

• Additional hire equipment can be hired from Magnetic Island Party Hire

Pricing

• Hourly Rate: $125-125/hr

• Minimum Booking: 4 hours

• Full Day Rate (up to 12 hours)

  • $1,500 (private and community rate)

    $1800 (corporate and government rate)

• Access on the day of hire to set up

• Event manager on site to support set up and smooth use of space
